Chris Vickers is co-host of "Misguided Souls" Radio show on Ztalkradio.com and Lead Investigator with Shadows of the Paranormal. Chris has assisted many people in the paranormal community. He was featured on My Ghost Story: Episode 23; where he talked about one of his most interesting urban legend investigations. Chris has been investigating in the paranormal field for the past 5 years where he uses his knowledge of science blended with the spiritual side to investigate all claims given. With hundreds of investigations under his belt, Chris searches for the answers to what may lie beyond this life.
Brian Turnof - Investigator, Promotions Director
Brian's perspective as the group’s skeptical believer pervades every aspect of his research and investigation into the paranormal. Initially intrigued by a personal search for the existence of spirits based on a deep fear of death, his mission after numerous years of investigating is to assist as many people in need of help, and to find tangible proof of life after life. As an experienced & certified NYS teacher, Brian has used these skills to lecture and conduct workshops about various paranormal related topics at libraries and elementary and high schools in various states. Utilizing his educational and professional experience as a DJ during college and as Promotions Director for a top 20 market radio station, Brian co-produces & co-hosts "Misguided Souls with S.O.P.”
Phil Licciardi - Investigator, Tech Unit
Phil's extensive background in the science field continuously helps to examine and decipher anomalous activity. In his spare time, Phil applies his scientific and technical know-how to build equipment for the team that we use in the field on investigations.
Carolyn Braband- Investigator, Case Manager
Carolyn's decision to enter the paranormal field 4 years ago was a choice that permanently changed her life in many positive ways. Her original hesitation stemmed from a fear of the unknown after the loss of so many loved friends and family at a young age. Carolyn has learned to deal with this fear and empowered herself through knowledge from research and examination into the unexplained and paranormal. In addition to a thorough understanding of scientific equipment and related theories, Carolyn ‘s deep spirituality guides her investigative techniques. She partakes in the holistic lifestyle and community, as well as, continually studies the Earth’s minerals, crystals, rocks, and gemstones. Carolyn has experience creating compounds with the attempt to heal, such as orgonite.
Matt Avellino -Investigator, Tech Unit
Firmly grounded in social responsibility and giving back to those in need of assistance, Matt exemplifies this belief in his everyday life as a social worker, and as a paranormal investigator with over 4 years of experience. Matt's breadth of information, which stretches from paranormal topics (e.g. demonology, pseudoscientific theory) to local and national history, is a constant source of on-air knowledge as co-host of "Misguided Souls." In Matt's spare time, his love of history led him to one of his great passions as a Civil War reenactor when he channels America's past.
George F - Investigator
George uses his multitude of experiences as a veteran and police officer, as well as, a vast understanding of religious principles to assist in investigations and resolving complex cases.
Ryan Fesler - Investigator, Tech Unit
Ryan made his way to S.O.P. through his initial search for evidence of the afterlife over 3 years ago. Leaning more toward the scientific side and parapsychological approach to paranormal investigations, Ryan always keeps an open mind in regard to the spiritual side and unexplained encounters of the paranormal field. Ryan's the team's resident tech geek with a wealth of knowledge on equipment and theory.
